Synopsis

Hukum Tata Negara (HTN) merupakan bidang ilmu yang dinamis, bergerak seiring dengan perkembangan ketatanegaraan, dinamika politik, dan tuntutan reformasi  hukum di suatu negara. Di Indonesia, dinamika ini terus melahirkan diskursus yang kaya, mulai dari penguatan sistem presidensial, penataan lembaga negara, pengujian undang-undang, hingga perlindungan hak asasi manusia dan penguatan demokrasi di tingkat lokal maupun nasional.  Buku Kapita Selekta Hukum Tata Negara ini hadir sebagai ikhtiar akademik untuk merangkum, membedah, dan menganalisis berbagai isu krusial, kontemporer, serta terpilih (selekta) di seputar hukum ketatanegaraan.
