Buku ini hadir sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan pendekatan holistik dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks. Promosi kesehatan tidak lagi dapat dilakukan secara sektoral dan terpisah. Masalah stunting, anemia pada ibu hamil, obesitas, hingga penyakit tidak menular memerlukan intervensi yang menyeluruh dan kolaboratif. Oleh karena itu, buku ini mengusung konsep integrasi tiga pilar utama: edukasi gizi, asuhan kebidanan, dan pemberdayaan masyarakat. Ketiganya dipandang sebagai satu kesatuan utuh dalam siklus kehidupan manusia, mulai dari masa pra-konsepsi, kehamilan, persalinan, nifas, hingga tumbuh kembang anak dan kesehatan lansia. Buku ini disusun untuk menjadi referensi bagi mahasiswa kesehatan masyarakat, kebidanan, gizi, serta praktisi dan kader kesehatan di lapangan. Materi disajikan secara sistematis mulai dari: (1) Konsep Dasar Promosi Kesehatan dalam Perspektif Terintegrasi, (2) Pendekatan Interprofesional dalam Promosi Kesehatan (Gizi, Kebidanan, dan Masyarakat), (3) Teori Perubahan Perilaku Kesehatan dan Aplikasinya di Komunitas, (4) Komunikasi Efektif dan Konseling dalam Pelayanan Kesehatan Terpadu, (5) Edukasi Gizi sebagai Pondasi Promosi Kesehatan Ibu dan Anak, (6) Peran Bidan dalam Promosi Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Keluarga Berencana, (7) Promosi Kesehatan Ibu Hamil, Bersalin, Nifas, dan Bayi Baru Lahir, (8) Pemanfaatan Media dan Teknologi Digital dalam Promosi Kesehatan Terintegrasi, (9) Perencanaan Program Promosi Kesehatan Berbasis Bukti (Evidence-Based), (10) Edukasi Pemberian ASI Eksklusif dan Makanan Pendamping ASI (MP-ASI), (11) Promosi Kesehatan Remaja dan Pranikah: Perspektif Gizi dan Kebidanan, (12) Promosi Kesehatan di Tempat Kerja dan Sekolah dengan Pendekatan Terintegrasi, (13) Advokasi Kebijakan Kesehatan untuk Mendukung Edukasi Terintegrasi, (14) Pendekatan Keluarga dan Konseling Gizi pada Ibu Nifas dan Bayi, (15) Promosi Kesehatan Jiwa Masyarakat dan Dukungan Psikososial.
