Buku ini disusun sebagai upaya untuk memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai dinamika perubahan yang senantiasa terjadi dalam kehidupan organisasi, baik di sektor publik, swasta, maupun organisasi nirlaba. Di era disrupsi dan ketidakpastian seperti saat ini, kemampuan organisasi untuk beradaptasi dan bertransformasi bukan lagi sekadar pilihan, melainkan keharusan. Perubahan menjadi satu-satunya konstanta yang jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, dapat menjadi ancaman eksistensial. Sebaliknya, jika dikelola secara strategis dan humanis, perubahan menjadi momentum untuk melompat ke tingkat kompetensi yang lebih tinggi. Buku ini hadir untuk menjembatani kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik dalam mengelola perubahan organisasi.
