Synopsis

Ilmu Biomedik Dasar merupakan cabang ilmu yang mempelajari fondasi biologis, kimiawi, dan fisiologis tubuh manusia sebagai dasar untuk memahami kesehatan dan penyakit; bidang ini mencakup kajian tentang struktur sel, jaringan, organ, serta sistem tubuh, disertai dengan proses biokimia, genetika, dan mekanisme molekuler yang menopang kehidupan, sehingga memberikan pemahaman menyeluruh mengenai bagaimana tubuh berfungsi dalam kondisi normal dan bagaimana perubahan pada tingkat molekul maupun sel dapat menimbulkan gangguan kesehatan; dengan demikian, Ilmu Biomedik Dasar berperan sebagai jembatan antara ilmu dasar dan aplikasi klinis, menjadi landasan penting bagi mahasiswa, tenaga kesehatan, dan peneliti dalam menghubungkan teori dengan praktik kedokteran serta pengembangan terapi dan penelitian kesehatan.
